About Us

Founded in 2016, GOD To Me Ministry is a non-profit, non-denominational church dedicated to bringing Bible study and prayer into homes, hearts, and communities. What began as small gatherings soon grew to reach believers, nonbelievers, and inmates in the Rochester County Jail, as well as people experiencing homelessness and those caught in drug-affected areas. From the beginning, our mission was simple: to meet people where they are and lead them into a personal encounter with God’s love.

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, our momentum was tested, but our faith never wavered. Even in isolation, God continued to move—performing signs, wonders, and miracles for His glory. To remain connected and compliant, we began broadcasting our services through Zoom, introducing a new format that united people in virtual group sessions. Though separated by distance, our hearts remained one in worship and fellowship.

Once mandates lifted, GTMM resumed in-person gatherings—meeting in parks, backyards, community centers, and rented church spaces. As attendance grew, it became clear that we needed a stable location. God provided a temporary facility, confirming the path we were called to follow. Through obedience and grace, our ministry continued to grow.

After eight months of in-person gatherings at The Mercantile and virtual fellowship online, God once again made a way. On January 15, 2022, He opened the doors to our current location—a miracle we joyfully celebrate as part of our testimony. This journey stands as proof that when we walk in faith, God provides every step of the way.

At GOD To Me Ministry, we exist to help people experience God personally, grow in faith, walk daily in His presence through prayer, worship, and the teaching of His Word.

We strive to:

• Create a place where people encounter the presence of God.
• Teach the Word with clarity, relevance, and truth.
• Encourage spiritual growth through discipleship, prayer, and fellowship.
• Inspire believers to live out their faith boldly in everyday life.

Our purpose is to equip believers to know God intimately, serve Him passionately, and share His love boldly.
To make God known, not just as the God of the world, but as the God who lives within us, walks beside us, and loves us personally.
